While on Oahu in '08 we drove thru the Olina area. I hate to see it change, too, but in 30+ years of traveling to the Islands have seem many. Hopefully the growth in the area will mean jobs for some of the families in the small cities close by. There is a tremendous need for economic stability there.

I WAS IN KO OLINA THIS SUMMER AND I SAW WHERE THEY WERE BUILDING THE NEW RESORT,ICAN HARDLY WAIT TO SEE IT FINISHED.

Yes, it now impossible to see Diamond Head from the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
