What can we add to the conversation about real-life bounty hunter Duane “Dog” Chapman and his “Da Kine Bail Bonds” crew that hasn’t already been said? Hmmmm. Did you know Da Kine's offices are located just up the street from HAWAII Magazine’s downtown Honolulu offices? That’s one. Did you know we’ve frequently seen Oahu locales we never even knew existed, for the first time, on Dog: The Bounty Hunter? That’s two. The A&E reality series follows Chapman, wife Beth and family as they hunt fugitives from the law here in Hawaii and in Dog’s home state of Colorado. No surprise, HAWAII readers like the Hawaii episodes of Dog best. We do, too. We just kind of wish the perps Dog and Beth regularly bust weren’t in our backyard.
