The countdown is on!
Only five days left to let us know what the best hiking trail is on Kaua‘i. Or where to find the most spectacular photo opportunity on Maui. Or which of your favorite Hawaiian music CD’s is always on repeat.
We’re asking you, our very knowledgeable HAWAII Magazine reader ohana, for your answers to these questions, plus a few more, for our 2010 Best of Hawaii readers’ poll. The results of our reader poll voting—plus a handful of picks from the HAWAII Magazine editorial staff—will be published in our annual Best of Hawaii issue, out on newsstands and in bookstores nationwide in September.
The deadline for your votes is this Friday, June 11, 2010.
What's the best month to visit Hawaii? Is it better to see several islands during your stay or just one? What restaurant on the Big Island is worth splurging on? And, speaking of food, which shave ice flavor tops all others?
We want your votes and we want ‘em now! And just to sweeten the deal a bit, we’re offering a prize.
Three lucky readers who fill out a Best of Hawaii ballot will be selected at random to win a framed photo of their choice from the Hawaiian “Elements” series by fine art photographer Peter Lik (a $240 value).
There are two ways to enter our Best of Hawaii poll: You can fill out a ballot online here.
Or you can mail in a ballot. You’ll find one on page 60 of the May/June 2010 issue of HAWAII Magazine, in bookstores and on newsstands nationwide right now. Or you can download and print a Best of Hawaii ballot here, and mail it in.
Either way, ballots must be mailed or submitted by Friday, June 11, 2010—just five short days from now. You can enter by mail or on the Web, but please—not both.
Check out the Best of Hawaii readers' poll questions and vote now! The clock's ticking and we can't wait to dig into all of your picks and start sharing them.
