Chef Kenta, having been trained in multiple 3 star Michelin restaurants, opened Margotto in Tokyo 9 years ago. Since then he has been  recognized  as the best truffle chef in Japan. We serve seasonal best fresh truffles from all over the world. Wine list consists of old world wines from old to younger vintage.
