To promote greater awareness and understanding of foreign affairs with special attention on engaging Hawaii’s youth to become leaders with a broader understanding of their place in the world.


PAAC empowers Hawaii teens with the skills to be the global leaders of tomorrow. PAAC’s award-winning High School Global Education Program uses non-traditional experiential learning to engage and excite students about global issues. PAAC’s HSGEP includes an eight-month Global Leadership Program, After-School Global Studies classes, Mandarin language classes, inter-school conferences and competitions, study tours to China, Japan, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea, French Polynesia, and New Zealand, and over $120,000 in academic and travel scholarships to support students. PAAC invests in Hawaii’s teachers though trainings and curriculum support on a wide range of international topics.

PAAC connects emerging leaders from around the world with their professional counterparts in Hawaii, part of the premier professional exchange program of the U.S. Department of State. PAAC also sponsors community speaker forums on current global issues.

Provide student travel scholarships: Help open the world to students who could not afford to do so on their own. Scholarships over $1,000 are given in your name.

Attend an Event: Join us for our Annual Dinner, A Global Affair, every February and our International Golf Classic every July. Have fun with a community of PAAC partners, teachers, and students while supporting PAAC.
