Here’s What You Can Expect at the 2025 Made in Hawaiʻi Festival
The popular event returns this August, showcasing new additions and experiences from the Islands’ top makers.

Hawaiian Airlines and the Made in Hawai‘i Festival are teaming up once again to celebrate the best of local makers, flavors and culture—and this year, some exciting additions are in store. The event happens Aug. 15–17, 2025, at the Hawai‘i Convention Center.
1. Molokaʻi Artisans Will Be Represented
For the first time ever, artisans from the Moloka‘i Alliance of Native Artisans will be featured, sharing handmade goods and crafts from the Friendly Isle. Their participation marks a big step in expanding the festival’s reach to all islands.
2. Easier, Smoother Festival Entry
Also new at the 31st Made in Hawaiʻi Festival is a reimagined entry experience: Guests will now enter along the Ala Wai Promenade on the Waikīkī side, which makes for a smoother, more scenic arrival.
3. New Rest Area for Kūpuna
The festival is also deepening its commitment to the community with the debut of its Kūpuna Rest Area—a welcoming space for kūpuna, caregivers and guests with disabilities to rest and recharge during the festival.
4. Give Back While You Shop
Attendees can support local and give back by donating to the Hawaiʻi Foodbank or the Hawai‘i Island Food Basket during ticket checkout. What seems like a small gesture can make a big impact for local communities.
5. Exclusive Hawaiian Airlines x Mana Up Collaboration
Celebrate Hawaiian Airlines’ 95th anniversary with a special collection from local brands, available only at the festival. Plus, shop exclusive and sought after Mana Up merchandise!
